Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Types of Patients on Unit: Caseload is mostly Inpatient and Outpatient; may include Home Health and Pediatric patients if the PT has experience in those areas.
Shift & Scheduling: 8H or 10H.
Will accept PT or PTA.
