Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Preferred 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

Previous Dialysis experience in outpatient dialysis setting.
Must have BBRAUN dialysis machine experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Clarity Charting Experience

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling:

Day / Night Variable Shifts
Weekend/Holiday: Work weekends or Holidays that are open if needed.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: No on call.
