Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: 4 – 10 hour shifts with call for CCL. Weekend – Discuss during the interview.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2 years’ experience in an interventional CCL setting with STEMI program, IABP, Impella, closure devices, CSI, Laser atherectomy. Must have EP experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: PRE/PACU area of Cath Lab. CCL and CVICU. TAVR, Mitraclip, WATCHMAN, EP Exp

Preferred Credentials: AIDET training preferred

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Heart catheterizations, biopsy, peripheral catheterization, PPM/ICD/CRT implant

Equipment Used on Unit: GE/Philips

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 12 holding bays, 3 CCLs, 2 EPs, 1 hybrid suite
