Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

18 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

You may be required to float to any of NGHS's 5 campuses (Gainesville, Braselton, Barrow, Habersham, & Lumpkin). Campuses are 13-33 miles from Gainesville campus.

NGHS has 5 locations. Your shift assignment may be at any of the 5 campuses. (Campuses are from 13 to 33 miles from Gainesville campus).

Once you are on campus, you will meet with a Resource Pool Support team member to create your schedule

NGHS schedules in 2-3 week periods

You may mark 2 dates per week unavailable

Block scheduling is an option; but cannot be guaranteed every week of your contract

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend minimum

Schedules are subject to change to meet needs of the organization
