Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Operating Room experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: Staff will be expected to work in a variety of specialty areas. Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS required.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Level 1 experience desired.

Required Credentials: Basic Math exam, OR Competency exam, OR skills, CORE exams, No-Medication exam or NIHSS. NIHSS must be AHA, American Stroke Association, NIHSS, Apex Innovations or AACME.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Call policy: 630p-7a during the week, 7a Sat through 7a Monday on the weekend. 40 min response time. We have a rotating list for choosing Call. The first 6 week schedule you will have 2-3 Calls (during the week) in the 6 week period. The next 6 week period you will have a weekend.

Floating Requirements: RTO - must be presented at time of submission.
