Travel Nurse (RN) - Infusion Center

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years Oncology experience.
• Experience administering infusions, pain management, transfusion therapy, hydration, etc.
• Skills: Infusion Center, IV Therapy/ Infusions, Care and management of ports, Central line blood draw, Infusion pump management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Accessing/Managing Ports, Chemotherapy, Administration of chemotherapy, Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years Oncology experience.
• Skills: Inpatient oncology, Outpatient oncology, Administration of blood & blood products, PICC line care
• Prior teaching hospital experience.

Required Credentials: RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

Special Requests: Travel pairs are allowed, but generally will not be on the same unit. Married couples may not work on the same unit.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Variable Starts.
• Potential option to pick up 5th day.

Floating Requirements: Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.

An interview may not be given prior to an offer being made.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
