𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Must have 2+ years Medical Surgical experience.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Ortho experience strongly preferred.

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder, ankles), ortho-spine surgeries, elective cervical surgeries, elective lumbar surgeries, elective thoracic surgeries, fractures, traumas, limb preservation, I&D of wounds, and any medical overflow patient (including legal holds – SIs).

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: 38 bed unit with all private rooms. Med Surg unit with Orthopedic and Neurosurgery specialty. / Extremely busy and fast paced environment serving a 500-mile radius. Level II Trauma Center, Stroke accreditation, 800 in-patient bed hospital. The volume and pace required to work here are that of a Level I trauma center.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Call Requirements: None / May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract. This may be full or partial shifts. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts. / Travelers must work 2 of the 3 major holidays. Eve + Day = 1 holiday. / Weekends: Two per Month

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼: 1:5-6 for RNs, 1:12-15 for CNAs.
