Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.
BSN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Pediatrics, Abdominal pain, Asthma, Burns, Epiglottitis, Head injury, Hyperglycemia, Identifying and reporting abuse, Infections, Mental/behavioral health conditions, Near drowning, Poison ingestion, Respiratory infections, Seizures, Sickle cell crisis, Skin Disorders, Urinary tract infections, Psychiatric, Acute psychosis, Drug overdose, Managing violent behavior, Psychiatric Hold, Suicidal patient, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Respiratory, Chest tube insertion/management, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Intubation, Ventilated patients, Medications, Continuous IV paralytics, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Neurological, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Work Settings, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Non Trauma Emergency Department, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions, Triage, and Orthopedics, Manage / apply splints.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 5yrs - Minimal preferred. Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience. Pediatric Emergency Department*.
