Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 3 years.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with MatrixCare is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills / Experience: Must have charge experience

Registered Nurse II: Advancement from an RN I or at least one (1) year, continuous experience in a comparable patient care setting. RNs must remain at this level for a minimum of one year before applying for advancement

Registered Nurse III: Three (3) years of current clinical experience (Current indicates experience within the last five years from time of application) or, one (1) year of experience as a Bartlett RN II.

Required Credentials: TEAM/Bert training certificate

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program

Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratio: Days: 1/15-21, Nights: 1/25

Proof of Identification: Driver's License or US ID Card

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends are required on a rotating basis
