Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with complex wound care, drains, devices, traumatic injuries, Chest tubes, respiratory support, TBI's, complex spinal cord injuries, as well as other medical & surgical conditions.

Required Credentials: If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests: Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.

Shift & Scheduling: Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday , Every other weekend. Will work into the perm staff holiday schedule as needed.
