Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ADN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 30

On-Call: Weeknight overnight call M-F, 2 nights a week

Weekend: Call every 3rd and 4th weekend.

Holiday: Rotation

Float Requirements: Oconomowoc and Waukesha Memorial Hospital

Required:

Have worked in a full-fledged operating room with all service lines-, comfortable with emergency situations

Unit: Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery Cases and orthopedic trauma, spine and possible total knee/hips

Robotics experience required

2XI Robotics experience - Preferred

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
