Recent experience at a teaching facility and recent travel experience preferred.

Parking Paid parking options available on site. MetroRail transportation available if preferred.

No artificial/gel/powder nails are allowed per TCH's policy.

TCH requires any clinician that is or were perm staff to wait 6 months before applying for a traveler position. Please note this timeline may vary slightly because this timeline is based on the units discretion.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

The PICU/CICU is a 18-bed blended intensive care unit providing care to patients and their families’ 24-hours a day and 7 days a week.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁:

The PICU/CICU provides immediate and continuous care for critically ill medical/surgical patients, level 2 trauma, and patients following repair of their congenital heart defects and other complications related to congenital heart disease.

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁:

This unit accepts patients from newborn to adulthood. PICU/CICU also cares for pediatric patients with multi organ failure providing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support.
