Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Hip Fracture/total hip replacement, Knew injuries/total knee replacement exp. Lifting and transfer, patient/family education, safety/Injury prevention, telephone calls. Billing/Documentation: assessment/discharge/evaluation/plan of care/reassessments. Skills: Acute Care, Activities of Daily Living, Adaptive Equipment, Evaluation Tools, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Adult), Billing/Documentation, Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Adult, CVA Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Professional Skills and Knowledge, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls.

Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation every 6 weeks. Monday-Friday. Is on-call req: No.

Floating Requirements: Within service line and scope.
