Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Transitional Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

ACLS (Required)

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required:

2-10 years experience

May float to Med Surg and Surgical Peds

Patient Ratio: 1/8 nurse with 1/1 aide

Dress Code: Professional nursing attire

Orientation time provided for each unit.

Shift Information:

Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation

Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days.

Must be flexible.
