Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Home Health/Hospice RN - Required

Orientation: 12 Hours

Shift and Scheduling: Monday - Friday; Rotation evenings/weekends, holiday coverage required (24hr call on weekends/holidays)

No Clinical Involvement

RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions

Required Skill / Experience: Home Health & Hospice experience

Must have current Driver's License & Auto Insurance

Previous Employment Requirement: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year
