Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling: Friday - Sunday. 2-3 Hours of on call at the end of each shift. Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

Floating Requirements: Must cover Xray when needed. Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Open to accommodating block schedule.

**Unit Details: Total Staffed Beds: 46 -Acute Care, 22 Beds LTC

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics

Equipment Used on Unit: Phillips 64 slice Brillance-CT, Phillips-Xray

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler.

Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility.

Housing/Vehicle: Facility provides housing and a rental car/vehicle to travelers during assignment.
