Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: OT Experience. Primarily outpatient, some acute care. Pediatric Experience.

Special Requests: All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission (facility will not approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / please obtain this information prior to submittal / requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer).

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: One Weekend Per Month (Saturday).
