Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Dialysis Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Inpatient Acute Dialysis
Shift & Scheduling: 40 hours/week with an Every other weekend and rotating holidays schedule. There is an on-call schedule split within the team - it averages 3-4 days/months and one weekend per month. Holiday Coverage Required
