Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: As scheduled

On Call/Call Back Requirements: It is 1 weekend every 6 weeks. 1 day per week if it isn't your weekend. 1 hour call back to the facility. 10-12 calls per 6 weeks including weekends. (PACU during on call days)

Required Skills/Experience:

Unit Specific Skillset: 2+ years of circulating experience is required

Cases: general, eyes, urology, Gyn, ENT, GI, ortho, podiatry, and pain.
