Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required, with some of it within the last 12 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:
Floating Requirements: Labor and delivery and post partum
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend
- Holidays as needed per unit
- On-call: 1 shift (12 hour) every 6 week schedule
Required Credentials: Advanced EFM (from NCC)
Unit Details:
- 6 labor rooms on Labor and delivery and 22 beds on Post partum
- 90-120 deliveries a month
Patient ratios: Labor and delivery is 1:1 or 1:2, Post partum it is 1:6
