Travel Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Step Down Unit

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required skills and experience: 2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to) We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp

• Pediatric experience required. IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Work Settings, Pediatric Step Down, Gastrointestinal, NG tube insertion/ management, Post acute abdominal surgery, Orthopedic, Extremity Fracture/Cast, Respiratory, Management of Chest Tubes, Additional Skills, Ostomy, Cleft-lip.

Must have 3's or 4's in:

• chest tube maintenance
• Ortho: fractures and related care
• surgical drains
• GI skills.

Preferred skills and experience: Teaching Hospital Experience. Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care.

Required credentials: Government issued photo ID. Drivers License/State ID

Shift & schedule requirements: Weekend REQ: Every other

Floating requirements: All pediatric units

Special request requirements: If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
