Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: For Neuro we are looking for above average in all of the following: cerebral's, coiling's, Kyphoplasty, spine work, stroke therapy, and carotid stenting.

Unit/Facility Details: Cover both vascular and neuro.

Shift & Scheduling:

Monday to Friday.
Call requirements: 1-2 shifts per week PLUS every 3rd-4th weekend

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
