Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent HH experience 2023-24. Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
Unit and facility details: May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday.
