Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: Nurses that work on this unit should also have cardiac telemetry knowledge. Nurses with long term care experience whether inpatient or at a nursing facility will do best.

Types of Patients on Unit: This unit has patient populations that include: isolation including COVID resp issues, longer stay patients, geriatric, dementia.

Unit/Facility Details: Medical Telemetry unit with 24 beds.

Shift & Scheduling: The hours of this unit are from 0600am to 1830pm and from 1800pm to 0630am. Include holidays and weekends.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks
