Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Shift and scheduling:

Schedule requirements: day shift - will work either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6am-7pm, weekend, & holidays as needed; must be okay to stay until last patient is cared for; call may be required

Weekends: as needed

Call requirements: may be required

Holidays: as needed

Floating: as needed

will work 2 of 3 major holidays, no time off approved between christmas and new years

Unit details: invasive Cardiology: is a unit comprised of 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs, and 2 dedicated Electrophysiology labs. The unit has 23 prep/recovery bays. Invasive Cardiology completes over 6,000 procedures per year and offers advanced cardiovascular treatments including but not limited to complex coronary procedures, ventricular assist device (VAD)/ECMO, structural heart procedures including TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO/ASD closure, mitral valve clipping, complex atrial and ventricular ablations, pacemaker/ICD implant & explanation, cardioversion, pulmonary artery pressure sensor implantation, peripheral intervention and pulmonary embolectomy procedures.
