Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.\
Shift & Scheduling: 12hr = 0600—1830 9hr = 0900—1830 10hr = 0800--1830. Holidays are included in call rotation; overnight call = approximately every 1-2 weeks; weekend call = approximately every 4-5th weekend.
