All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

PT Outpatient

Neuro experience preferred.

Are block schedules required? Yes

Special requirements: Primarily ortho clinic but it is rural so some neuro experience is better but not required.

Scrub Color: Allied: Any Color

This is a rural clinic that sees mostly orthopedic patients but occasionally has a patient with balance needs. There is a clinic within 30 minutes that can take over the care of complex neurologic patients if required. The clinic is built with a one patient every 45-minute model. There are 7 patient openings in an 8-hour day.
