Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
36 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Rural community with no public transport.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Required to see and treat both Home Health and Long Term Care residents.
Some travel required - company car available.
Need to have familiarity with Epic, Point Click Care, and Web PT.
