Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

MS completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

CCC-SLP (Required)

Additional Details:

40 guaranteed hours

Some weekends required

Graduate of accredited Speech/Language Pathology program (Doctorate preferred)

Completion of a FEES (Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow) course. Provide evidence of completion with profile submission

All certifications and licensure must be valid through duration of assignment

Preferred: Prior FEES clinical experience and MBS ImP

Preferred: Experience with adult swallowing, communication, and cognitive evaluation and treatment.

No RTO granted during initial assignment
