Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

On call: No

Weekends: One weekend/month, will get weekdays off to balance out.

Required experience: Must have acute care, SNF, and/or IP Rehab.

Patient Ratios – varies on volume.

Type of equipment – Treatments beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, exercise bikes.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· 1 year current Hospital acute care, IP Rehab or SNF experience

· Must be able to work varied Day shift hours

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· DPT

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Inpatient care to Orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic and general med/surg populations

· Schedule determined by surgical volume, weekends and holiday rotation
