Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.

All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).

Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).

Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).

Nurse Supervisor

Required Skills/Experience: Experience working in Behavioral Health dept required

Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.

Required Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program.

Preferred Credentials: Masters degree in Nursing.

Shift & Scheduling: Will not be working approved Agency Public Holidays.
