Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Hospice experience.

Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Information

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation.

Unit and facility details: Need an experienced hospice RN who will be expected to do 4-5 visits a day in the outpatient setting. This would include routine visits in facilities and in patient homes. RN will be expected to travel 30-50 miles a day. Miles are incurred typically in the travel to get to the first patient and then the remaining patients are in the nearby areas.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday.
