Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

1 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

UIHC determines their rates quarterly for all agencies and they are non-negotiable. Please check with your Advocate to confirm whether this position will undergo a rate change during the dates of this assignment.

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION: UIHC-Main Campus will only consider candidates who have experience in similar settings (high acuity, fast-paced, level 1 trauma centers); please be sure this experience is outlined in your profile prior to submission.

With 6/2 or 6/9 start date

50% weekend

Expected to float to the Antepartum and Postpartum units caring for all patients including newborns.

2 years’ experience in High-Risk Labor and Delivery.

Newborn experience including obtaining VS and glucose monitoring immediately after delivery; Circulate in Operating Room as the primary nurse.

Prefer 3 months EPIC experience including OP time charting.
