Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Catholic Services of Long Island have PT Home Health needs across Long Island. Their three biggest needs are in the locations below: PLEASE confirm what Team your traveler prefers PRIOR to submitting them.

Team 8: Coram, Middle Island, Miller Place, Mount Sinai ,Ridge , Rocky Point, Selden, Shoreham, Sound beach, Upton, wading river Yaphank, and all of the north fork out to Greenport.

Team 7: Covers: Bell Terre, Centereach, Farmingville,

Team 6: Southern Suffolk; Bayport, Bellport, Blue Point, Brookhaven, Farmingville, Holbrook, Holtsville, Lake Ronkonkoma, Patchogue, and Ronkonkoma and the surrounding areas.

Home health experience preferred but not required

Shift: Rotating weekends, 5-7 cases per day.

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Allied positions can orient weekly, however, they do prefer ASAP starts.

Prior permanent employees are not allowed to take travel assignments.
