Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

60 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license
