Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Case Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Additional Details:
Experienced Home Health RN needed for Central Vermont Home Health agency.
Home health and case management experience required.
Strongly prefer an experienced traveler.
Looking for a nurse with NO requested time off for this contract.
Monday-Friday with weekend rotation.
