Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license

**Unit details:**19 Bed Unit

Required skills/experience: Need to be able to handle High acuity patients.

Shift and scheduling: Call required: 12 hours in a 6-week scheduling period.

Floating requirements: Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.

Special Requirements: All RTO or schedule requests must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will not be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Lee Health will not accommodate block scheduling requests. Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job's listed start date. Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience.
