Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

ACLS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

No block scheduling allowed

RTO must be limited in order to be considered.

Surgical experience

Facility only orients once per month.

Every other weekend

Med Surg experience. This is a surgical floor that is now taking telemetry patients.

RN needs to pass EKG. Able to read monitors.

Prior permanent employees are not allowed to take travel assignments.
