Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: CABG on Bypass, CABG Off Bypass, Mitral Valve or Aortic Valve replacement, Bentall, Pulmonary Embolisms, Balloon Pump and Impella, Hybrid cases for TAVR, Lung Cases | VATS/Thoracotomy procedures, Lobectomy, Decortication, Wedgy Biopsy

Charge experience

Strong large/acute care; Urology, Ortho, General Surgery OR RN

Preferred Skills / Experience: 3 - 5 years experience

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

Call expectations would be 1-2, 16 hours shifts (3p-7a) weekly, and a full weekend call every 4th weekend (3p Friday-7a Monday).
