Required Skills/Experience: -Experienced Sonographer to perform high quality Adult Echo studies as per ASE & IAC Guidelines in a premiere cardiac center. Dedicated inpatient echo work experience is a must. Experience documented by institutional referral with a minimum of 200 inpatient cases in echocardiography. -Proficiency in valvular assessment with strong spectral Doppler and Pedoff skills. -Experience with contrast echocardiography and agitated saline studies. -Ability to work independently, recognize abnormalities and quickly respond to critical findings. -Experience documented by institutional referral with a minimum of 200 inpatient cases in echocardiography.
Preferred Skills/Experience: -TEE and Stress Echo experience. -Familiarity with 3D echo imaging. -TAVR, Mitral Clip, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, VAD, closure device protocols. -Maintaining ICAEL-accreditation echo lab standards. -Experience using Philips ie33 and Epiq systems. -Familiarity with Epic hospital information system.
Required Credentials: High School Diploma or GED required. -Registered Cardiac Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
Preferred Credentials: Graduate of CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program preferred.
