Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced.

Weekend schedule to be determined by facility.

On call schedule to be determined by facility.

All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.

RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

24 months minimum of current PCU experience - Required.
