Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units. -Required: 2 years PCU/Stepdown experience

Shift & Scheduling: -Variable Shifts 0700-1930 & 1900-0730 -Variable shifts can change on weekly basis depending on unit needs -EOW. EOH. -No call requirement.

Floating Requirements: Float requirement: Yes within skill set.
