Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

10 months of Peri-Op experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

This position is a non-exempt, full-time, benefitted position

Anticipated schedule: Weekdays.

Requires rotating on call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Available to take on average 7-9 days of call per month with 20 minute response time to hospital

Preferred:

Knowledge of surgical operation procedures

Prior experience in pre-op and/or PACU

Blue Scrubs preferred

Recognized Holidays: NYD, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day, Christmas Day - Work week defined as Sunday Morning 12:01 am through Saturday night 11:59 pm
