Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Advanced AWHONN FHM (Required)

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 5+ years L&D experience preferred, Comfortability in the OR preferred

Shift & Scheduling: Night Shift, Every other weekend rotation 7pm

Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty. BILH cover sheet required---
