Additional Details:

May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.

• Weekend Hours: As required by facility

• Call Requirements: As required by facility, call is required. 2 primary and 2 backup over a 2 month call period. Rotating self-sign up opportunities. M-F 1100-0700.

• Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only

• Float Requirements: As required by facility

• Patient Ratios: 1:1

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1+ years in an OR

• Type of Patients on Unit: neurology, urology, oncology, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, OMF, general

• Scrub Color: Light blue, provided by facility
