Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Required Skills/Experience: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must have' skills: ED 2 years, conscious sedation, critical thinking AMI.
Required Credentials: ENPC or PALS.
Special Requests: We do not self schedule. Can do block scheduling but no more than 4 consecutive shifts.
Shift & Scheduling: 10a-10p, 11a-11p, 12p-MN, 2p - 2a. Every other weekend. 1 on call shift in a 28day schedule. Dayshift picks up day call, mid and night pick up night call.
Floating Requirements: ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to. Float between east/west ED only, generally prescheduled.
