Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required.

BSN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Float Psych RN - Required

Shift & Scheduling: 3p-11:30p

Includes Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday

Required Skills / Experience: Charge Experience

One year of adult and adolescent inpatient psych experience

Have an advanced level knowledge of Behavior Health and Substance Abuse treatment modalities

Preferred Skills / Experience: Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience

Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience

Types of Patients on Unit: Individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional and substance use treatments

Special Requirements: Must be willing to float to similar or lower acuity units if needed
