Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Credentials:
- Nursys.
- No background hits accepted.
Unit/Facility Details: Unit is mixed surgical PCU and MS.
Special Requests:
- Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.
- Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
- Candidates are not allowed RTO in the first week of their assignment and no more than 7 days of RTO (more than 5 days in one week will require a 14-week assignment).
Floating Requirements: May also float to the MS units (2) or the Observation unit at the facility.
