Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years CV experience; Must have large Hospital/level 1 trauma.

Required Credentials:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: 8 or 10 hour shifts. Will need to stay late as needed based on cases running over or scheduling. This time is not considered call back. Call one day a week and one weekend every 3 to 4 weeks.

Floating Requirements: Will also float to other OR's. Will assist in cases for other specialties they have experience with as needed when CV cases are not scheduled.
