Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Equipment Used on Unit: Computerized charting, Natus XLTech Sleep Works, ResMed S9 Devices

Unit Details: 10 Bed Sleep Lab. Two of the Beds can be used for Pediatric testing

Previous Employment Requirements: MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

Shift & Scheduling: The lab is open Sunday-Thursday so 3 shifts will fall on these days; shifts will not always be consecutive and may have split shifts (not three in a row).
